2.1 Application Form Data
When you submit an application through our website, we collect:

- Phone number
- Location
- Current employment and income information
- Your responses to programme-related questions
2.2 Payment Data
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
2.3 Programme Participation Data
During the programme, we may collect notes from coaching sessions, call recordings (where consent has been given), and progress information.
2.4 Communications Data
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we retain records of that communication.
2.5 Website Data
Our website may collect standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used only for security and basic analytics purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Process and assess your programme application
- Deliver the programme you have enrolled on
- Communicate with you about your programme, calls, and community
- Process your payment

We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract — processing necessary to deliver the programme you have paid for
- Legitimate interests — improving our services and communicating with applicants
- Legal obligation — where required by law
- Consent — where you have given specific consent, such as for call recordings
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Formspree — for application form submission processing
- Google — for Google Drive file storage and Google Sheets used for applicant tracking
- Zoom — for live call delivery
All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law. We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Application data — retained for 12 months from the date of application, then securely deleted
- Programme participant data — retained for 3 years from the end of your programme, then securely deleted
- Payment records — retained for 7 years as required for financial record-keeping
- Call recordings — retained for 6 months from the date of recording, then deleted
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request that inaccurate data is corrected
- Erasure — request that your data is deleted, subject to our legal obligations
- Restriction — request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
- Portability — receive your data in a commonly used format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time
