1. About Us

These terms and conditions govern your use of Shevlin Coaching services and your enrolment on any of our programmes. Shevlin Coaching is operated by Ayden Shevlin, trading as Shevlin Coaching, contactable at sales@shevlinmarketing.org.

By enrolling on a Shevlin Coaching programme and making payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. The Programmes

Shevlin Coaching offers three programmes:

Each programme runs for 12 weeks and is delivered via live weekly group calls on Zoom, course materials hosted on Google Drive, and community access via WhatsApp. Full programme details are available on our website.

3. Enrolment and Payment

3.1 Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are limited per cohort. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place — enrolment is confirmed only after your application has been reviewed and payment has been received.

3.2 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

3.3 Cohort Dates

Your cohort start date will be confirmed in your onboarding email. We reserve the right to adjust cohort start dates by up to 14 days where necessary. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Cooling Off Period

You have a 14-day cooling off period from the date of payment in which you may request a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed the course materials or attended any live sessions. To request a refund within this period, email sales@shevlinmarketing.org with your name, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.

4.2 After Cooling Off Period

After the 14-day cooling off period, or once course materials have been accessed or a live session has been attended, payments are non-refundable except where:

4.3 Placement Pathway

Access to the placement pathway is performance-based and is not guaranteed at the point of enrolment. Failure to access the placement pathway does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Programme Delivery

5.1 Your Responsibilities

To get the most from the programme, you are expected to:

Results from the programme depend significantly on your level of engagement and implementation. Shevlin Coaching does not guarantee specific income levels or outcomes.

5.2 Our Responsibilities

We commit to delivering the programme as described — including 12 modules of content, weekly live group calls, community access, and the resource library. Where unforeseen circumstances require a session to be rescheduled, we will provide a recording and alternative session where possible.

5.3 Programme Changes

We reserve the right to update or improve programme content at any time. Any changes will not reduce the overall value of the programme.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content — including modules, scripts, frameworks, templates, written guides, and recorded sessions — is the intellectual property of Shevlin Coaching. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use this material for your own professional development. You may not:

7. Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with coaches and fellow cohort members. Shevlin Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme — without refund — if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other participants or to the integrity of the programme.

8. Confidentiality

Programme participants may share commercially sensitive information during calls and in the community. All participants agree to treat such information as confidential and not to share it outside the programme environment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shevlin Coaching provides training and educational content. We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on what you learn, nor for any losses arising from the application of programme frameworks in your specific situation. Our total liability to you in connection with your enrolment shall not exceed the amount you paid for the programme.

10. Earnings Disclaimer

Any income figures or results mentioned in our marketing materials represent examples of what is possible with full engagement and implementation. They are not guarantees. Your results will depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount.

11. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [your domain]/privacy.html. By enrolling on a programme, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
