Not necessarily. If you already have a strong background in sales and sales leadership — you've been in a senior rep or manager role, you understand the craft and you've developed people — you can be considered for Tier 3 directly. The programme assumes capability, not completion of prior tiers.
The Shevlin licensing agreement allows you to operate an independent sales organisation using the Shevlin Growth Partnership methodology, training curriculum, and brand. In return, you operate within defined quality standards and pay a licensing fee. It's a business-to-business commercial relationship — not a franchise and not employment.
The programme is designed so that your operation is generating revenue before week twelve ends. The specific timeline depends on how quickly you recruit, develop, and place your first reps — and how well you execute the commercial relationship building in Modules 9 and 10. We set the target: operational before you graduate.
That depends on the scale you build to. A three-person team producing £40,000 per month at a 4% override generates £1,600 per month in passive income on top of your own production. At ten people producing £100,000 per month, that's £4,000 per month. The ceiling is the size of the operation you're willing to build and sustain.
